THE PROCESS

First, we will learn more about your vision, scope of work, and budget. A site visit will be conducted with our team. From there, we will make suggestions based on your allocated budget and start reaching out to our trusted vendors for proposals to review. Our procurement team will work with several vendors to obtain the best value and quality in various areas during the project (of course, we will keep your budget in mind).

When you are ready to commit to a proposal, we will provide guidance during the contract phase. We will assist you on processing and handling all required documents (such as COI’s, building approval, related licenses, permits, etc.) accordingly before the proposed commencement date. 

Any amendment deviating from original proposal will be managed in timely manner with mutual agreements from all related parties.

Our experienced construction team will work collaboratively to ensure we are following our timeline accordingly with all related parties.
